Update: SCSS Teaching Arrangements Under Level 5 Restrictions

The introduction of nationwide Level 5 Covid-19 restrictions for a period of six weeks means that we must continue to deliver all of our teaching online for the duration of these restrictions. We must also accept that there is little chance that we will be able to reintroduce in-person teaching before the end of the semester. Even if a relaxation of public health restrictions permits some on-campus activities to take place, we will ensure that you can engage entirely online with all modules to the end of this semester. Our computer labs and Small Group Meeting Rooms remain closed until further notice.

(Students on the MSc in Interactive Digital Media should refer to local arrangements for that programme.)

Note that this information only applies to modules delivered by the School of Computer Science and Statistics. Students taking modules in other schools should refer to any information or updates from those schools.

Your timetables on your my.tcd.ie portal and in your MyDay app will remain the same. Any classes that are designated as “face-to-face” sessions in a room on campus will instead take place online. Your lecturers will communicate the specific arrangements for each module.
